Hosted by Dr. Dan German, founder of orthobrain, the podcast offers practical strategies, expert insights, and the latest innovations to help dentists deliver more predictable and profitable orthodontic care.

The first episode, “An Ortho-First Mindset with a Real Dental Guy, launched on October 31, 2024, and featured Dr. Wesley Mullins. He began his private practice in 2004 in Powell, TN, just outside Knoxville. His commitment to clinical excellence led him to complete a General Practice Residency at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, followed by earning a fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry. In addition, he is founder of the Restorative Driven Implant Institute and co-host of The Dental Guys podcast, one of the longest-running shows in the dental field.
