1: Register

2: Onboarding
We introduce you to the digital workflow, help set up your scanner, conduct training with your team

3: Case Submission
Here’s where the fun begins. You send us the patient information, photos, intraoral scans and X-Rays. From there, case management is handled by one of our US based orthodontists.
4: Perfect Smile Plan™
In 3-5 days, we will deliver a comprehensive treatment plan with goals and prognosis, a case assessment video (from one of our orthodontists), clinical case support, and utilization of simply clear aligner system.
5: Patient Conversion
Armed with everything needed, you’re ready to convert this patient into a raving fan of your practice by delivering aligners or braces treatment.
6: World Class Support
At orthobrain “you’re never alone”. We are with you every step of the way from our clinical messaging center (with orthodontists) to additional educational courses and ongoing guidance and partnership.
